As with phone calls, a debtor who is met with an experienced debt recovery agent demanding answers is often left only one recourse - paying you!
We have a network of Debt Collection Agents who will visit your debtor at his home, office or any other location in Australia to discuss the account, or pick up monies or arrange deposit into your bank account.
The cost of these calls will vary depending on the location of the debtor. There is a minimum field call fee however additional fees and mileage charges may be added to your fee charges.
In most cases we will put in contact with an agent closest to you for this service and you can deal directly with that agent.

Remember, if you have a Debt Collection Clause in your paperwork/terms and conditions you can charge all of your fees that you are paying us back to your debtor.
- Transfer your Costs! If you have a debt collection clause within your client contract or terms and conditions, which your debtor has signed, we will add all your collection fees on to the debtor! If you don't have an appropriate clause, or are unsure, contact us for more information!
